3D-Printing

We offer our customers 2 printing processes: FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) or sintering printing technology. FDM is particularly suitable for collision tests or for the manufacture of jigs, fixtures, etc. A wide variety of materials can be used. In addition to PLA in various colours, high-temperature PLA, ABS or carbon filaments can also be used. With the appropriate support material, even very complex parts can be realised with our 2-head printer. Sinter printing is mainly used for high-quality parts and is a cost-effective alternative to injection moulding for prototypes and small series, e.g. to produce housings. The CAD data for this can be created in-house.
