SMD placement

An extensive range of automatic placement machines (currently 7 machines, placement capacity >20,000BT/h) is available in-house for the precise and reliable placement of all standard components from 0201 designs up to and including special designs - including double-sided. Whether roll goods, cut tapes, trays, bars, rigid, flex, rigid-flex or aluminium core PCBs - we can process practically anything. Integrated dispensing units can apply SMD adhesive for fixing components in a single operation. Special applications, such as the mounting of UV tapes, can also be realised. The ESD requirements are complied with in order to prevent possible component damage.
