THT Wave Soldering

For the soldering of THT components, the assemblies are automatically wetted with flux using the wave soldering process with a spray fluxer, gently preheated and reliably soldered using a chip or main wave. The solder used is matched to the solder pastes and solder wires and is of course lead-free in accordance with RoHS conformity. The flux used is water-based and matched to the solder in order to achieve the best soldering results. The soldering profile can be adjusted accordingly for different assemblies (e.g. high number of layers). All soldering agents comply with the no-clean standard and do not react (e.g. corrode) with PCBs or components.
